The SLS, SPICE and PLANETS are managed by the executive board, meeting when needed via telecon to report on the regular progress of the SLS and discuss the overall observational strategy. The executive board also regularly reports to the CFHT Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) and Board of Directors (BoD) on the advances with respect to the nominal schedule.

The executive board currently includes the coordinators of the four main WPs, i.e., Silvia Alencar, Etienne Artigau, Jerome Bouvier, Nicolas Cowan, Xavier Delfosse, Florian Debras, Jean-Francois Donati, René Doyon, Guillaume Hébrard and Claire Moutou.
